Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Boys Program
Deposit will be refunded or rolled over to a future registration once volunteer hours are fulfilled and uniform is returned. If both items are not fulfilled, the deposit will be retained.
Boys Warrior Winter Classic
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations before December 24, 2025. No refunds will be issued after December 24, 2025. Special considerations will be made to this policy for weather related tournament changes.
Girls Program
