Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Boys Program

The $100 registration fee consists of a $50 non-refundable participation fee and a $50 refundable volunteer deposit. The $50 volunteer deposit will be refunded at the end of the season to families who successfully complete their required concession volunteer shift. Families who do not complete their assigned volunteer shift will forfeit the $50 volunteer deposit. The $50 participation fee is non-refundable once registration is completed.

Boys Warrior Winter Classic

A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations before December 24, 2025. No refunds will be issued after December 24, 2025. Special considerations will be made to this policy for weather related tournament changes.
